Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and engage potential clients within the Jacksonville area.
- Client Presentations: Conduct professional, face-to-face sales demonstrations and product presentations to decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Utilize your consultative selling skills to overcome objections and secure new contracts.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline status in Salesforce.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven B2B outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Degrees: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive presentation style.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger for success and the drive to work independently in a commission-based environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation for client travel.
