Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the local community.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to highlight the value of our services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and account retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine local outreach strategies.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding prospect activities and sales progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we train all new hires from scratch.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Internet).
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
