Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to generate and qualify premium leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to closing deals and account management.
- Input accurate and timely data into the CRM system to track performance metrics and client interactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day-shift team to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (1-3 years of experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
