Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound sales calls and emails during night shifts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to maximize sales.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on retention.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
