Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and prospecting within the local Jacksonville market.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients to identify their specific needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales (entry-level candidates with high drive are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunger for success.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the sales cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
