Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively prospecting and engaging with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Direct Hire positions available for experienced candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (for client visits).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
