Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct needs-based sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
