Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the San Diego and Texas markets.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Execute effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Travel regionally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
