Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone and email to generate leads and introduce our products.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Close sales transactions and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Update and maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software (training provided).
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule (Monday – Friday, with occasional evenings).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
