Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new/existing clients in San Antonio metro area
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Analyze client needs and customize solution presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Submit detailed weekly sales reports using CRM software
- Represent company at local business networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions or industrial equipment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
