Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within the San Diego area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and product messaging.
- Manage a daily schedule of client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation required for client visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
