Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and customers within the Wichita area.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop effective local marketing strategies.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts successfully.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
