Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new business clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
