Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Close sales deals within the established timeframe and quota guidelines.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction.
- Update CRM systems accurately with current prospect and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Ability to work effectively during the weekend shift schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
