Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients in the Chicago metropolitan area
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations at client sites
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify and target high-potential vertical markets
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client retention rate
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand professional network
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions to C-level executives
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise technology highly desirable
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote environments
