Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Closing: Demonstrate consultative selling techniques to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce.
- Client Retention: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
