Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific pain points.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of industry trends and product updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings if required for networking events or client calls.
