Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads using various database tools and CRM software.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our premium services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Close sales deals within the assigned territory.
- Accurately update customer data and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
