Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Present product solutions to prospects across Pennsylvania and regional markets
- Close 5-8 sales deals weekly while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets using Salesforce and HubSpot platforms
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience (SaaS/software preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional regional travel to PA
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
