Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to potential clients in the Oakland area and beyond.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Track sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team huddles to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 0-2 years of sales experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new software and sales methodologies quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (local travel required).
