Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Present our premium B2B services to prospective clients via phone and video conference.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build and maintain a robust network of leads to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and close.
- Self-motivated and competitive drive to earn top-tier commissions.
