Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product demonstrations to enterprise clients in Illinois and surrounding states
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Manage full sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
- Develop deep expertise in our cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Close 15+ deals monthly with average deal size $15K
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
