The Role
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the North Texas territory, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales and contracts to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on regional strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to generate leads and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
