Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach in the Phoenix metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and drive upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions accurately using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on local sales strategies and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales or customer service is a plus, but we welcome motivated self-starters.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote-first or hybrid office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
