Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and professional networking events.
- Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales in a competitive market environment.
- Market Analysis: Research the local market to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and account status in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. However, any experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software (training provided).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Valid Driverâs License: Must have a valid driverâs license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
