Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and sell our premium service solutions to enterprise clients and business owners in the Pacific Northwest and North Carolina regions.
- Manage and qualify leads to ensure a high conversion rate and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion metrics.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, call center sales, or commission-based environments.
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) consistently.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and a competitive mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
