Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through our CRM system and outreach campaigns
- Build rapport and present product solutions to prospective clients via phone and email
- Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in our CRM platform
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives to refine pitch strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Contribute to team sales initiatives and brainstorming sessions
