Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for cross-selling and up-selling products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking shelves.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company promotions to educate customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on rapport building.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficient in using technology, specifically POS systems and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
