Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, emailing, and networking to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and explain value propositions effectively to overcome objections.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate solutions for clients.
- Attend nightly team meetings to discuss pipeline, strategy, and share success stories.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or telesales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly goal-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings.
