Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities within the Philadelphia metropolitan area through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Closing Sales: Demonstrate the value of our logistics solutions to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts by providing exceptional service and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Reporting: Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions, sales activities, and forecasted revenue.
- Night Shift Operations: Adapt to the night shift schedule to meet client demands and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Vehicle: Valid Driverβs License and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales tracking software is a plus.
