Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business leads in the local Chicago market.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Track and analyze sales data to forecast future performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are primarily looking for entry-level candidates with the right attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation for local client meetings and travel within the Chicago metro area.
