Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and schedule qualified meetings.
- Demo Delivery: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Needs Analysis: Consult with clients to understand their pain points and recommend tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Objection Handling: Skillfully navigate objections and close deals by building trust and demonstrating expertise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Diligence: Self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and managing a high volume of tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
