Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely data entry.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team's quota attainment.
- Effectively handle inbound and outbound inquiries, demonstrating deep product knowledge.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) as required.
