Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of leads through inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining high profit margins.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead quality and customer retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (quotas).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
