Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or lead generation (Hunter mentality preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
