Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and contact potential clients within the Philadelphia territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer retention and upselling.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the value of our services.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and customer information in Salesforce.
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns effectively and close deals over the phone or in-person.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the night shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Travel: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
