Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with B2B partners in the Columbus area.
- Travel to local client sites to discuss solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to account renewal.
- Analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies for maximum conversion.
- Update CRM records and report weekly performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a self-directed night shift environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
