Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, identifying their specific needs.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasting to management.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales roles.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
