Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new leads in the El Paso territory.
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage a defined sales territory and prioritize leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on territory strategies and campaign execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Comfortable working the night shift (e.g., 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
