Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door prospecting.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our premium products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of success and a hunter mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
