Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach to businesses in the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up scheduling.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
