Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the local Indianapolis market and surrounding territories.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage local events and networking opportunities.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to management to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Outside Sales or Business Development (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driverβs License and clean driving record required for territory travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
