Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account closure using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Travel within the designated sales territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the technology or service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
