Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value and build rapport with potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales data.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure favorable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and maximize lead conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the Technology or SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and generate own leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive presentation style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Indianapolis metro area.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
