Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking within the Charlotte and Virginia markets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the value of our services.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and target the right industries.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a competitive territory.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Outside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
