Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert high-value B2B clients across Fort Worth metro
- Develop strategic territory plans with quarterly revenue targets
- Present solutions through customized demos and proposals
- Negotiate complex contracts with C-level decision-makers
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue objectives consistently
- Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation
- Track KPIs in Salesforce and optimize sales funnels
- Maintain 15+ weekly client meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record with 110%+ quota achievement
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
