Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking within the Los Angeles community.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and product needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
