Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and meet or exceed monthly targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the sales floor to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash handling responsibilities with high integrity.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for follow-up and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and support daily operations.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-centricity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong math skills for transaction processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
