Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities via phone and email during night shifts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
