Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting and cold calling within the assigned Dallas territory.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Present and close sales over the phone and in-person meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
